Bbloom is the seller of the products listed on this website. Bbloom will hereinafter be referred to as “Bbloom”, “the seller”, “we”, “our”.
We urge you to take the time to read our General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing any order for our products via our website. By placing an order, you expressly declare that you accept and undertake to comply with the following:

Furthermore, by placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity necessary to enter into a legally binding contract and that you have reached the legal age of 18 years. If we have reasonable grounds to doubt that you do not meet any of the conditions set out in this contract, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
The sale is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order or immediate purchase by the seller. Prior to this date, these conditions of sale are made available to all buyers for information purposes.
Any order or immediate purchase implies unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which prevail over any other condition, unless expressly agreed by the seller.
The buyer certifies having read these General Conditions of Sale and having accepted them prior to his immediate purchase or the placing of his order. As such, these conditions are enforceable against him in accordance with the provisions of article 1119 of the civil code.
The products governed by these general conditions are those which appear on the Bbloom website and which are indicated as sold and shipped by Bbloom. They are offered within the limit of available stocks.
The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, Bbloom cannot be held liable.
The photographs of the products are not contractual and do not bind the seller. As the products are handmade from unique stones, there may be slight variations
Bbloom reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force indicated at the time of the order.
The customer can place an order online on the Bbloom website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
After receiving an order, Bbloom will send the customer an email confirmation including a summary of the products ordered, prices, delivery costs, and payment information.
Delivery times are indicated on the Bbloom website when ordering and in our delivery policy . Bbloom strives to meet these deadlines, but delays may occur beyond our control.
International deliveries may result in extended delivery times. All procedures relating to the delivery of products to a country other than France are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer assumes full responsibility for verifying the conformity of the products ordered with the laws and regulations in force in the country of delivery.
Please ensure that you provide an accurate and valid delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or incomplete information relating to the delivery address. Any subsequent deliveries will be charged according to the rates in effect on our website, taking into account the volume, weight and destination of the products ordered.
Please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. However, you can contact our customer service, who will do their best to take into account your modification request at the following address: sav@bbloom.fr
It is important to note that delivery times may be extended due to the product customization process and/or during periods of high demand, such as sales, promotions or end-of-year periods. In such situations, Bbloom undertakes to inform the buyer.
In the event of non-compliance with the delivery obligation by Bbloom on the scheduled date or upon expiry of the period specified above, or, failing that, no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 216-2, L. 216-3 and L. 216-4 of the Consumer Code. This termination may be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on a durable medium. If, after notifying the professional of the need to respect the delivery or service provision deadline, under the same terms, the latter has not satisfied this requirement within a reasonable additional period, the buyer is entitled to terminate the contract.

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract you have concluded with us within 14 days of receipt of your products, without having to provide any particular reason.
Your right of withdrawal takes effect from the date of placing the order and extends up to 14 days after receipt of your order.
It is imperative that you return the product(s) within 14 days of the withdrawal deadline.

Any return request must be the subject of a prior request via one of these two methods
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return request is approved, please return the product within 5 days to the following address:
Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the returned product.
We recommend that you make the return using a solution that allows parcel tracking. Otherwise, if the returned parcel does not reach us, it would not be possible to launch an investigation with the postal services to ask them to locate it, making a refund impossible.

The warranty period is two years after receipt of the product(s).
This warranty does not cover damage to products caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, attempted repair, neglect after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow product care instructions.
In the unlikely event that defects or non-conformities are found on your product(s) before the expiry of this warranty, please contact customer service sav@bbloom.fr and we will ask you for proof of purchase.
(for example: the purchase or gift receipt). Make sure you keep it in a safe place. You will have the choice between obtaining a free repair of the product or receiving a replacement product.
Bbloom declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold.
Bbloom is committed to protecting customers' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy . Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing information about Bbloom's products and services.
All content on the Bbloom website, including images, texts, logos, etc., are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Bbloom. Any reproduction, modification or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
Bbloom reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
