Return & Refund Policy
Return Period :
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Products Eligible for Return :
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- The product must be accompanied by its original packaging, labels and accessories included.
- The product must not be part of our list of non-returnable items (e.g. personalized items).
Return Costs :
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Request :
To initiate a return 2 options:

- Order Number
- Order date & Product(s) concerned
- Reason/Message
Any return request must be the subject of a prior request via one of these two methods
Return Process :
Once your return request is approved, please return the product within 5 days to the following address:

Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the returned product.
We recommend that you make the return using a solution that allows parcel tracking. Otherwise, if the returned parcel does not reach us, it would not be possible to launch an investigation with the postal services to ask them to locate it, making a refund impossible.
Reimbursement Terms :
When we receive the returned product, we will check that it is in good condition and then we will proceed with the refund within 10 working days.
Shipping charges, if applied to the order, will not be refunded.
We will refund you using the same payment method as the initial transaction.
In case of payment by gift card:
- 100% gift card payment: reimbursement will be made in gift card
- Payment by gift card + bank card: reimbursement will be made to the bank card as a priority
If you have paid duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities for the importation of the products you wish to return, we accept no liability for any claim for reimbursement of such duties or taxes.
The refund may be reduced in the event of damage to the product(s) resulting from improper handling by you. If we process the refund before having had the opportunity to inspect the product(s) and we subsequently discover improper handling, you will be required to pay a corresponding amount.
We advise you to keep your delivery note until you receive your refund.
If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be made in the currency of purchase. Due to currency fluctuations, the amount refunded may be more or less than the price originally paid.
