Preparation times :
As our products are partly created on demand, please allow 5 to 7 working days for preparation before shipping.
We strive to shorten this period as much as possible to satisfy as many people as possible. For any urgent order, do not hesitate to contact us!
It is important to note that delivery times may be extended due to the product customization process and/or during periods of high demand, such as sales, promotions or end-of-year periods. In such situations, Bbloom undertakes to inform the buyer.
Delivery costs in France :
We offer two types of delivery to France:
- Standard Delivery in France :
- Orders over €150: Free delivery
- Orders under €150: Delivery charge of €7
- Express Delivery in France :
- Orders over €150: Delivery charge of €7
- Orders under €150: Delivery costs €14
Delivery times in France :
Our shipments to France are made by the Post Office service by tracked letter.
Depending on the delivery method chosen, delivery times may vary:
- Standard Delivery in France : Once shipped, delivery takes place within 3 to 6 working days by La Poste
- Express Delivery in France : Once shipped, delivery is made within 48 hours by La Poste
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is shipped, with a tracking number so you can track your package in real time.
International Shipping :
We deliver worldwide with tracked delivery.
The shipping costs applied for standard international delivery are €10.
Please allow a minimum of 7 to 15 working days after dispatch, depending on your delivery country.
Confirmation of Delivery in France :
Once your order is delivered, we will send you a delivery confirmation by email. If you have any concerns about the delivery or if you do not receive your order within the expected time, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@bbloom.fr
